1. When refunds apply

Refunds are available only for the following system-failure scenarios:

Payment succeeded but credits were not added within 24 hours, and the issue cannot be resolved manually after technical investigation.
Credits were deducted due to a serious system error (bug) and the tool produced no usable output.

The following are outside the scope of refunds:

Credits already consumed by AI tasks (e.g., article generation, site audits, competitor analysis), regardless of your satisfaction with the AI-generated output.
Credit consumption caused by user error (e.g., entering the wrong domain or keywords).
Poor external outcomes caused by third-party platforms (e.g., search engine algorithm updates or social media policy changes).

We will give an initial response within 3 business days of receiving your request.
