Terms
Credits never expire.
Refunds cover two cases: a payment whose credits didn't arrive within 24 hours and that we can't fix by hand, or credits charged because of a serious system error (a bug) when the tool produced no usable output. Credits already used aren't refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
Payments are processed by Creem. Alipay is supported.
